For our trailer service we need a levelled area big enough to park our trailer near the designated serving location. We pull our 8’x21’ feet trailer with a pick up truck.

If you have concerns about your space, we would love to see photographs or meet with you to inspect the site and discuss setup options.

How much can you eat?!
We will cook pizzas uninterruptedly for the entire duration of your event. Our buffet table will be always filled with hot and fresh pizzas.

Our Wood Fired Pizzas are 14 inch in size and sliced in 6 pieces. This is proven to be the perfect size of pizza for most catering functions

Our pizzas are served cut on Acacia Wooden peels; the pizza is placed on a serving table where your guests can help themselves at their convenience.
Our work area is protected inside the trailer and by our awning. We do not have protection against the wind or covers for your guests. We recommend that you make arrangements for potential rainy weather. Consult us and we can help with canopy rental.
